A Community Rooted in Real Motherhood
Our mission is to empower mothers on their transformative journey, celebrating both the beauty and the complexity of becoming and being a mama.
Mama Khronicles was created from a simple truth: motherhood is transformative, and no woman should walk through it alone.
Based in Houston, Texas, Mama Khronicles is a maternal support community serving women from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. We exist to nurture connection, provide practical resources, and create safe spaces where mothers can rediscover themselves in every stage of their journey.
Motherhood shifts identity. It stretches capacity. It asks more of us than we imagined.
And yet, in the middle of all that change, community makes everything steadier.
That’s where we come in.
Why Mama Khronicles Exists
Too many mothers experience pregnancy and postpartum in isolation. Even in a city as vibrant and expansive as Houston, it can feel difficult to find meaningful support that is accessible, welcoming, and honest.
Our mission is to empower mothers on their transformative journey, celebrating both the beauty and the complexity of becoming and being a mom.
We provide:
Postpartum support and community connection
Houston-based mom meetups and family-centered events
Curated maternal health and parenting resources
Partnerships with trusted local providers and businesses
Safe conversations around identity, mental wellness, and the evolving role of motherhood
We proudly serve mothers throughout the Greater Houston area, including Katy, Cypress, Pearland, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, and surrounding communities
A Note From Our Founder
Mama Khronicles was born from lived experience and a desire to create what I wished existed.
I believe motherhood is sacred and complex. I believe women deserve more support than they are often given. And I believe community can change the entire trajectory of a mother’s postpartum experience.
Every event, resource, and partnership is built with that intention.
Welcome to Mama Khronicles.
We’re honored to walk alongside you.
XOXO,
Carmen K Miles
Mama of 2
