50% Deposit required for all picnics to secure a booking. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or will be subject to cancellation.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Picnics booked within a week of your picnic date, your invoice must be paid in full. Any additional add-ons from our vendors must be paid in full at the time of deposit.
LOCATIONS
Picnics can occur at local parks (Memorial Park, Hermann Park, Elizabeth Baldwin Park), a restaurant, a bar, or right in your backyard. You must gain permission from any location that you select. We will support you with the planning.
We operate within 20 miles of 77583. Additional fees will be charged $1/mile round trip if the location resides 20 mi outside the 77583 zip code.
